Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just pop open the console in CS:GO (you gotta enable it first in the game settings, under 'Game' - look for 'Enable Developer Console') and then type in 'sv_grenade_trajectory 1'. This will light up those nade paths like a Christmas tree, but remember, it only works if you're in a practice game or have server admin rights because it's a cheat command!
