Turning off toggle aim in CS:GO is pretty simple! Just hop into your game settings, and look for the 'Use advanced options' under the Keyboard/Mouse settings. There, you should find an option to change 'Aim' from 'Toggle' to 'Hold'. Set that to 'Hold', and you're all set to aim only when you're holding down the right mouse button. Makes it way easier to snap in and out of your sights!

Honestly, why would you want to turn off toggle aim? It's so much easier to play without constantly holding down a button. But hey, to each their own. Just dive into the settings and switch it to 'Hold' if that's your thing.
