To unbind a key in CS:GO, all you gotta do is open the console (usually the tilde key `~`), and then type unbind "key" where "key" is the actual key you wanna unbind. For example, if you wanna unbind the F1 key, you type unbind "F1". Remember, you gotta enable the console first from the game settings if you haven't already!
