How to Unbind in CS:GO

Unbinding in CS:GO is pretty straightforward. Just open up the console by pressing the `~` key (you might need to enable it from the game settings first). Then, type 'unbind [key]' and replace '[key]' with the key you want to free up. For example, if you want to unbind the 'F' key, you'd type 'unbind f'. That's it!

Actually, I unbind keys in CS:GO all the time when I'm tweaking my setup. I've found that not only does it help me optimize my controls, but it also makes accidental key presses a non-issue. Remember, the console is your best friend for customizing CS:GO to fit your playstyle perfectly!

hot take: just reset all your bindings to default, solves the unbind problem and gives you a fresh start. To do this, go to the game settings > Keyboard/Mouse, and hit 'Use Defaults'.
