Just go to your settings and find the key bindings. Scroll till you find 'Jump' and you'll see it's bound to 'MWHEELUP' or 'MWHEELDOWN'. Just clear those bindings, and you're good to go!

Unbinding the scroll wheel from jump in CS:GO is pretty simple. Just open the console by hitting the `~` key (might need to enable it in the game settings first). Then, type in 'unbind mwheelup' and 'unbind mwheeldown'. This will remove the jump function from your scroll wheel. You can bind those keys to other actions by using the 'bind mwheelup [command]' or 'bind mwheeldown [command]' format if you wanna customize further!
