Just play a lot! 5-star raids will unlock naturally as you progress. Keep battling and they'll pop up.

Honestly, don't rush to 5-star raids unless you and your Pokémon are really ready. I jumped in as soon as I unlocked them and got demolished. Train up and prepare!
