Unmuting in CS:GO is pretty straightforward! Just hit 'esc' to bring up the main menu, then go to 'Settings', click on 'Audio', and from there, you should see an option for 'Enable Voice Communication'. Make sure that's checked, and you should be able to hear your teammates again. Don't forget to check if you've accidentally muted someone specifically by right-clicking their name in the scoreboard and seeing if 'Unmute' is an option.
