Ah, wanting to flex some blade style in a private match, are we? Easy peasy! You gotta use console commands. First, ensure you've got the console enabled in your game settings. If it's a go, hit up a private match and press the tilde (~) key to bring up the console. You'll need to type 'mp_drop_knife_enable 1' to allow knife drops, then 'give weapon_knife_karambit' or whatever knife model you fancy (swap 'karambit' with the knife model you want). Remember, these skins only show for the match and you're back to basics after.
