Easy peasy! Just select the Master Ball from your bag when you encounter a Pokémon you absolutely must catch, and throw it like any other Poké Ball. Remember, the Master Ball has a 100% catch rate, so save it for a super rare or Legendary Pokémon you really can't afford to miss.

Save it. There's never a reason to rush using the Master Ball. Wait until you encounter a Pokémon that's giving you a real hard time, or for a favorite or shiny.

Throw it at a Magikarp. Just kidding! Save your Master Ball for something legendary, like Koraidon in Scarlet. You'll thank yourself later.

Honestly, just use it on whatever you want. I used mine on a shiny I found randomly. Best decision ever!
