First off, make sure you've got the GeForce Experience app installed on your computer. Open up the game, then hit Alt+Z to bring up the overlay. Click on 'Game Filter', or you can just hit Alt+F3 for a shortcut. Now, you can add up to three different filters and adjust them until your heart's content. It's like Instagram filters but for making your enemies more visible in CS:GO!

Just a heads up, while Nvidia filters can make CS:GO look cooler or help you spot enemies easier, some say it's kinda like cheating. Personally, I think it's fair game as long as you're not in a tourney setting.

Don't bother, really. The default settings are good enough and messing with filters too much can actually make you play worse. Keep it simple and focus on improving your skills and map knowledge.
