Just Alt+F3 and you're set. Tweak till your heart's content but keep it real; the goal is to get an edge over your opponents, not to turn CS:GO into a neon disco party.

Honestly, NVIDIA game filter is like makeup for CS:GO; it doesn't change the gameplay but makes everything look prettier. I've been using it mainly to adjust colors and shadows so I can spot enemies better. 10/10, would recommend for that competitive edge.

To use NVIDIA Game Filter in CS:GO, you gotta have an NVIDIA graphics card first, obviously. Then, while in the game, hit Alt+F3 to bring up the game filter overlay. If it's your first time, the game might ask you to enable experimental features in the GeForce Experience app. Just go to the GeForce Experience settings, tick that box, and you're golden. You can then add different filters like color enhancement, details sharpen, or even adjust brightness and contrast to make those enemies stand out. Just don't overdo it, or you'll end up playing a psychedelic version of CS:GO!
