To use Overwatch in CS:GO, you first need to qualify to be an investigator. You gotta have a rank of at least Gold Nova 1, own the game for a good chunk of time, and have a decent number of wins under your belt (around 150). Once you're in, you'll start getting cases to review in the 'Overwatch' section on the main menu. You watch the gameplay, determine if the suspect is cheating or griefing, and then make your call. It's like being a detective, but for CS:GO!
