Honestly, just go for body shots if headshots are too hard. The Deagle does enough damage to make it count.

Aim, click, miss, repeat. Seriously though, keep your distance and take your time with each shot. It's not a spray-and-pray kind of weapon.

One word: practice. And then practice some more. The Deagle's got a learning curve sharper than a knife's edge, but once you get it, you'll be dropping enemies like flies. Aim drills and map knowledge are your best friends here.
