Firstly, make sure your demo file (.dem) is in the correct folder, usually it's in the 'csgo' folder inside your game directory. Then, launch CS:GO, open the console with `~`, and type `playdemo [name of your demo file]`. Remember to not include the .dem extension when typing the name. If your demo doesn't start, double-check the file name and make sure you're in the right directory.
