Not exactly! CS:GO and Valorant have different aiming mechanics and sensitivity scales, so your CS:GO sens won't transfer directly over to Valorant. However, there's a popular conversion formula you can use: take your CS:GO sensitivity and multiply it by 3.18 to get your Valorant sens. This isn't perfect, but it's a good starting point.
