Absolutely yes, it's pretty much a given. Every major game has patches after launch. Game Freak will roll out updates to iron out any bugs and improve the experience. They've done it before!

From my experience, Game Freak does listen to feedback and they've released patches for previous titles. Wouldn't be surprised to see updates coming for Scarlet and Violet to make things even smoother.
