Yes, you can reset EVs in Pokemon Violet! All you need are berries. Each type of berry reduces specific EV points while increasing your Pokémon's friendship. For example, feeding a Pomeg Berry will decrease a Pokémon's HP EVs but increase its friendship. No need at all. Just play the game and enjoy. EV training isn't necessary unless you're hardcore into competitive battling. Everyone's too obsessed with min-maxing these days.
