We require a small “cool down” period before you can redeem another one. The wait time is typically 30 minutes, but can vary.
We do this for the sake of fairness.
We want every single one of our users to be able to get something, and if we didn’t impose these limits a few users would scoop up every single prize out there! We hope you can understand 💜
