Nah, not all GTA games are connected story-wise. Each major GTA game (like GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, GTA IV, and GTA V) mostly sets up its own story, characters, and world. However, there are easter eggs and references that nod to other games in the series, making the universe feel connected in a fun, subtle way.

Yes and no. While each game has its own unique story and setting, Rockstar Games sprinkles in a lot of references, easter eggs, and even recurring characters that tie the universe together. So, it's not a direct connection, but more like a shared universe vibe.

Totally connected? Nope. But Easter eggs and cameo appearances? Absolutely!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
