I grabbed the free updates, but had to shell out some cash for the major expansions! Worth it though!

Don't expect all DLC for The Division 2 to be free. It's a mix of both free and paid content.

Nope, not all DLCs are free. Most content updates are free, but expansions like Warlords of New York will cost you.
