Most Gintama movies are canon! For example, 'Gintama: The Movie' (the Benizakura arc) and 'Gintama: The Final' adapt manga arcs, making them canon to the anime storyline.

Mainly, 'Gintama: The Movie' and 'Gintama: The Final' are considered canon since they follow the manga arcs closely. The other movies? Not so much, but they're still a fun watch!

Not all Gintama movies are canon. Watch 'Gintama: The Movie' and 'Gintama: The Final' for the real deal.

Gintama movies? Yep, some are canon. 'Gintama: The Final' fits right into the main story.

I watched 'Gintama: The Final' and it follows the manga pretty closely, so yeah, it's canon!
