Totally depends on what cards you're looking at! Japanese Pokemon cards can be pricier due to their perceived rarity and collectability in the Western market. Some of the special editions or limited runs are definitely more sought after, and thus, can command higher prices. But for regular cards, the difference isn't usually that vast.
