As someone who's been collecting both for years, I can confirm they're generally the same size. But Hot Wheels definitely wins on the cool factor with their unique designs and colors.

Not really the same, tbh. Hot Wheels loves to go big with flashy designs, which can sometimes make the cars look different in size compared to the more true-to-life Matchbox cars.
