Definitely not. Overlord's Ainz and SAO's Kirito would have an epic crossover, but their universes are completely separate.

As a huge fan of both, I can assure you they aren't connected. Overlord follows Ainz in Yggdrasil, while SAO follows Kirito in various VR games. So they're different, but equally awesome!
