While the game does a good job of making it feel like resources could run out, they do respawn eventually. So, no worries!

Yes, at least technically. But don't worry; the world is vast, and you'll find everything you need with some exploration.

I played over 100 hours, and I never ran out of anything important. Just be patient, and resources will come back.
