Yep, gold Pokemon cards are a thing. They're pretty rare though, so you might have to trade your soul to a Jigglypuff to get one. Kidding! But seriously, they're rare and valuable.

Nah, Pokemon cards in pure gold? That's just a myth. They're gold-plated at best. Still cool, but don't expect to melt 'em down for a new ring.

Absolutely! Real gold Pokemon cards do exist and they're as awesome as they sound. These are usually special edition cards or part of unique promotional sets. They're not made of solid gold, but rather, gold-plated metal. These cards are super rare and highly sought after by collectors. So if you got one, you're sitting on a Pokemon treasure!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
