Yeah, it can, but it really depends on your laptop's specs. Honestly, just try it and see. I've seen people run Apex on laptops that barely meet the minimum specs with some tweaks and adjustments. Lower your settings, drop the resolution and pray to the FPS gods. Worst case, it's a no-go, but you might be surprised.
