Yeah, you can find the hospital in Yakuza Kiwami. It's in the southeast corner of the map, near the Showa Street entrance.

Just head to the southeast part of Kamurocho. The hospital is right by the Showa Street entrance.

As a longtime Yakuza player, I can tell you the hospital is southeast near Showa Street. Easy to miss but it's definitely there!
