In my experience, yes! I've mixed and matched Hot Wheels and Adventure Force cars on the same tracks countless times. Some Adventure Force cars might be a tad wider, but they still zoom down those tracks pretty well. Just keep an eye on tight corners, as that's where you might see a difference.
