Unfortunately, you can't add a PS4 friend directly on Xbox One. However, many cross-platform games like Fortnite or Call of Duty: Warzone let you play together even if you’re on different consoles. Just add each other in the game's friend list instead!

No, you can't add PS4 friends on Xbox One directly. Stick to adding them through crossplay games.
