Unfortunately, you can't play Sims 3 on Xbox One since it's not backward compatible. But how about trying Sims 4 instead?

I tried popping in my Sims 3 disc into my Xbox One, and nada. Just grab Sims 4鈥攊t works, and it's awesome!
