Yep, you can restart a quest in Fallout Shelter, but there's a catch. You can't restart a quest mid-way. If you find yourself in a pickle or just want a do-over, you'll need to abandon the quest first. Then, head back to your Vault, regroup, and you can pick up the quest again from the quest list. Just make sure you're prepared this time!

Nope, no mulligans! Once you're in, you're in. If you mess up, gotta see it through or abandon and try again from the start. No easy resets here.
I had to abandon a quest once 'cause I was totally unprepared. It was super easy to find it again and start over. Just make sure you're ready for round two!
