Nope, you can't restart it. Once you've started, there's no going back!

Unfortunately, Township doesn't have a built-in restart button. Your best bet is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but remember: say goodbye to your progress!

I've tried restarting it before. Only way was to delete and reinstall. Just make sure you're really sure!
