Yes, you can sell property in GTA 5 Online, but with a catch. You can't directly sell a property like you would a car by walking into a place and getting cash. Instead, you can trade it in when buying a new property. The value of the property you're trading in goes towards the purchase of the new one, effectively reducing the price. So, if you're eyeing a new hideout, remember you can offset some of the cost with your current digs!

Short answer: kinda. You can't just sell outright, but trading in when you buy a new place is how you 'sell' your old one. So, pick wisely!

Nope, you can't straight-up sell properties in GTA 5 Online like you're holding a garage sale. But, you can swap it out for a new place, which is kinda like selling it. Done it myself when trading up my apartment for something fancier!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
