Nope, you can't trade regular blueprints in Warframe. Only prime parts, prime blueprints, and other specific items are tradable.

Unfortunately, regular blueprints are no-go for trading. Save them for crafting those sweet Warframes and weapons instead!

You can trade prime blueprints but not the standard ones. Regular blueprints are strictly for personal use.
