Nah, once your Mr. Handy bites the dust in Fallout Shelter, you can't repair him. Instead, you gotta either scoop up a new one from a Lunchbox or head over to the store to buy another with real money. RIP, robotic friend.

Actually got a Mr. Handy from a Lunchbox once and had him roaming my vault gathering resources. Sadly, after a brutal raider attack, he was destroyed. Learned the hard way you can't fix them, you just have to get a new one. Kinda adds to the realism, though?
