Sadly, nope. Stardew Valley doesn't support cross-platform play between PC and mobile. Each platform is its own separate island of farming bliss.

Nah, Stardew Valley keeps PC and mobile players in their own playpens. But don't let that stop you; both versions offer the same awesome experience, just not together.

Actually, Stardew Valley's multiplayer isn't cross-platform. PC gamers and mobile gamers will have to tend their farms solo or with players on the same platform. But hey, it's still a blast to play regardless!
