Nah, Stardew Valley doesn't support cross-platform play, so PC and Switch gamers can't farm together. Separate fields for everyone, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately, no. Stardew Valley doesn’t offer crossplay, so PC players and Switch players can't share the same game world. You’ll just have to visit each other's farms the old-fashioned way: in person!

Stardew Valley's charm is undeniable, but alas, it stops at platform borders. PC and Switch players can't join forces in the same game. Each platform is its own little isolated island of farming, mining, and marrying townsfolk.
