Yeap, when Bloodhound uses their Q ability (Eye of the Allfather), it's not just a private show for Bloodhound. Everyone in the vicinity gets treated to the spectacle. Enemies can see the orange scan emanating from Bloodhound, and so can your teammates. It's like lighting a very tactical, very revealing flashlight in the dark.
