Nope, sorry to burst the bubble, but Terraria doesn't support cross-platform play between PS4 and Xbox. So, you can't team up or visit each other's worlds if you're on different consoles.

As much as we wish it could happen, Terraria does not allow cross-platform play between PS4 and Xbox. Your best bet is to convince your friends to get it on the same platform as you!

Actually, Terraria keeps its multiplayer partying strictly within the same console family. So no cross-play between PS4 and Xbox players. Bummer, I know.
