Can PS4 play with PS5 on GTA?
Yeah, for GTA V, Rockstar made it so that PS4 and PS5 players can totally play together. They did a good job making sure everyone can join the chaos regardless of the console generation. Just jump in and have fun!

Totally can! I play with my brother all the time; he's on PS5 and I'm on PS4. It's seamless.
Cross-gen play is cool and all, but doesn't it feel like PS5 players have a slight edge with those faster load times? Just saying.
