Sans has a lot of power in the Undertale world, especially with his dodging skills. If he can avoid all of Thanos' attacks, he might stand a chance. But in a direct fight, Thanos might still have the upper hand with his sheer strength and Infinity Stones.
Sans might be lazy, but he's got some tricks up his sleeve! With his ability to dodge almost anything and constant barrage of bone attacks and Gaster Blasters, he could possibly give Thanos a run for his money. But, let's be real, Thanos has the Infinity Gauntlet... so Sans might need a few more 'bad times' up his sleeve!
Sans would definitely put up a good fight, especially considering how hard he is to hit and his powerful attacks. But, Thanos is a whole other level. Unless Sans has some hidden powers we don't know about, Thanos wins this one.
