Honestly, emulation is your best bet. I've played Melee on my PC using Dolphin and it works pretty well, but it's a bit of a setup process.

Officially, Super Smash Bros isn't available on PC. But, you can use emulators to play older versions like Melee or Brawl if you own the games legally.
