Nope, the Xbox Series S isn't built for native 4K 60fps. It does 1440p up to 120fps though, which is still pretty impressive.

I've been playing on the Series S, and while it doesn't do native 4K, it still looks fantastic at 1440p with super smooth frame rates.

The Xbox Series S can upscale games to 4K, but native 4K 60fps is more in the wheelhouse of the Xbox Series X. You'll mostly get 1080p or 1440p at 60fps.
