Nope, Warframe sticks with DirectX 11. Hopefully, they’ll move to DirectX 12 soon for those sweet performance boosts.

Warframe currently runs on DirectX 11, but there's no DirectX 12 support yet. Fingers crossed for future updates!
I’ve been playing Warframe for years, and it doesn’t support DirectX 12, only DirectX 11. Maybe someday though!
