Nope, the Xbox 360 Guitar Hero controllers are not natively compatible with the Xbox One.

Yes, but you'll need an adapter (like the Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver) to connect your Xbox 360 Guitar Hero controller to an Xbox One.
