Nope, Stardew Valley doesn't support cross-platform play between Xbox and Switch. Each platform has its own separate farms, so you and your friends will need to be on the same type of device to play together.

Sadly, no crossplay. Stardew Valley is awesome for bringing people together, but not across Xbox and Switch. You'll have to stick to the same platform to enjoy multiplayer.
