Nah, GTA 5 doesn't support cross-platform play between Xbox One and Xbox 360. Each console generation has its own player base, so you can't team up or face off against players from the other console. You gotta stick to your own console's playground.

Definitely not. Tried it with a buddy once; ended in disappointment. Xbox One and Xbox 360 are like parallel universes in GTA 5.
