Nope, in Overwatch 2 you can stack up to 5 players for a full team or 3 players in competitive play, but not 4.

Unfortunately, Overwatch 2 only allows 1, 2, 3, or 5 player groups in competitive. No love for the 4 stacks!

As a player who spends way too many hours on Overwatch 2, I can confirm you can't 4 stack. It’s either 3 or 5!
