Nope, you can't block someone directly in 8 Ball Pool. But you can report abusive players through the in-game support.

There's no actual block feature, sadly. If someone bothers you, just avoid playing with them and report any bad behavior.

From my experience, there's no blocking option, but reporting them to support usually does the trick!
